They understand coffee, more so they understand 'espresso' here. As an Australian I have been devastatingly disappointed with Coffee in Seattle...... until I found Herkimer.... Outstanding work guys. Keep it up.

Herkimer is my no.1 spot for having latte in Seattle so far. It has a great balance of chocolatey, earthy and hint of fruity notes. Prices are also lower than most places. It could be a little difficult to find a table, many people come here for working. This location has a park across the corner though.
: 8/10. Came here in a early morning it was superb! I ordered a coffee latte and it was very foamy and tasted incredible! It is not too sweet and everything tasted perfect! I am also very tempted to get the pastry as they all look wonderful! The price is also quite reasonable! : 9/10: Service is great, very friendly staff and they are all very handsome and very kind! Love the 8 oz size!!! Coffee of my dreams. Most importantly, the bench inside for seating is so very very comfy and I am literally never comfortable ever. 10/10 would write an essay here and have it be good
This is a cute little coffee shop that serves amazing drinks as well as sells amazing coffee. They have a great collection of some single origin coffee and they also carry their own blends. You can buy whole beans or get it ground from the cafe itself. It’s my first time purchasing beans from here and I really like the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. The baristas are pretty friendly and knowledgeable about the coffees they sell so ask away any questions you may have. The art work and the rustic interior theme also makes it very nice to work or read a book at the cafe. Downside is that it’s a small cafe but that should not be an issue if there’s few people sitting in the cafe to begin with.
Lovely and great coffee!! I had a mocca and it was perfect :)
